Schmidt Returns to Artprize

Ryan Schmidt returns to Artprize with “Breath of Life” sculpture to be installed at The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum once again. Last year’s placement of sculpture “Tango” at the water fountain in front of the Museum entrance was a huge success making it to “Top 25 Public Vote” and Top 20 of the biggest most eye-catching entries. This year, 1,260 works created by over 1,400 artists from 41 states and 40 countries will be exhibited in 165 venues.

“Breath of Life” will be installed at the Preview Week on September 12, 2018, a week before Artprize Ten opens. The show runs through October 7, 2018. Check these websites for more details: https://www.artprize.org/66728 https://www.facebook.com/events/298886660907182/

Artprize Artist

“The motivation to express my passion for art is inspired by my spiritual relationship with our creator. From tabletop to atmospheric monuments, inspirational thoughts and contemplation of existence are portrayed through my artwork as an extension from the true source of creation. Simplicity and importance of life is what I am encouraging through the reflections of sculpture.” ~ RYAN SCHMIDT
